Is home fuel delivery safe?
Yes! All our drivers are professionally trained and certified in safe fuel handling. We follow strict safety protocols for residential deliveries and comply with all Utah fire safety regulations.
How much does this cost?
The service is the price of gas at your location station plus a small service fee based on delivery zipcode. Exact pricing is available in the app. No commitment or contracts necessary.
How do I order fuel?
Orders are handled through our free mobile app. It's fast and easy. Just tell us where, when, and what type of fuel. Download the TopOff app from the App Store or Google Play.
What can you fill up?
We can fill up anything that requires fuel and has access available for our trucks. Jerry cans, generators, pumps, boats, toys, RVs, cars, trucks - anything. As long as it can be reached by our 50ft hoses, we can deliver fuel to you.
How do you access my gas tank?
Just open your gas tank door before we arrive, or leave us specific instructions in the app to access your gas tank from the inside. You will receive reminder notifications when we are on our way to ensure the vehicle is accessible.
Do I have to be there for my delivery?
No, you do not need to be present during the delivery. Just make sure the gas door is unlatched and we will take care of the rest. You will get a receipt that outlines the details of the delivery, which is available in the app.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee if you decide to cancel before the driver is on their way. If for some reason your car or tank is not accessible for delivery, you will be charged a $20 non-delivery fee.
What areas do you serve for residential delivery?
We serve Utah County, Salt Lake County, and Davis County with the lowest service fees in Utah County. Additional distance-based fees apply for deliveries outside Utah County.
