I rented equipment from Hertz or Sunbelt. Can you fuel it for me?
Yes. If you’ve rented equipment from Hertz Equipment Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals, Equipment Share, or another provider, we’ll deliver fuel directly to your job site for as long as you have it rented.
Do you need to know I don’t own the equipment, since it’s a rental?
No problem at all. We fuel whatever equipment is on-site, whether you own it or are renting it. Just let us know the location and we’ll take care of the rest.
Will fueling my rental with TopOff help me avoid the rental company’s refuel fee?
Yes. Most rental agreements require you to return equipment with a full tank or pay the rental company’s (often marked-up) refueling charge. Keeping it topped off with us throughout your rental helps you avoid that fee.
What types of rental equipment can you fuel?
We fuel excavators, skid steers, loaders, generators, compressors, light towers, aerial lifts, backhoes, and most other diesel or gas-powered rental equipment.
Do you deliver to job sites, or only rental yards?
We deliver wherever your rented equipment is being used, most commonly your job site or work location. As long as our truck can access the equipment, we can fill it.
How do you track gallons delivered to my rental?
Our drivers record gallons per fill and you receive a digital report after each delivery. You can match it to your job-cost tracking for the rental.
Do you offer red dyed diesel for off-road rental equipment?
Yes. Red dyed diesel is available for off-road equipment and is typically tax-exempt when used properly off public roads.
What if my rented equipment needs fuel after hours?
We offer 24/7 on-demand and scheduled delivery. Many renters choose overnight or early-morning service so equipment is ready to work first thing.
